Backend Team Leader

Currently, our Development Department is in search of a Backend Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Team of 5 employees, Creating plans for professional growth
  • Solve tasks related to:
    • Creating trading algorithms/trading - engine
    • Collect statistics (From the exchanges/users/trading)
    • Platform system (User access / aggregating data/monitoring)
  • Database and System design
  • Participate in Planning, evaluating tasks
  • Communicate with the Frontend Team

Requirements:

  • Backend Experience of 7+ years
  • Managerial Experience of 3+ years
  • Golang Experience of 3+ years
  • Tasks decomposition and distribution experience
  • Knowledge of principles of developing scalable and high-performance systems. Microservices, k8s
  • Experience working with databases: PostgreSQL, Redis - Streams/Pubsub
  • Experience in deploying and managing containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with message queue systems, such as NATS, RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Experience working with monitoring systems such as Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, ELK
