Currently our Pre-TGE Department is looking for an Account Manager.
This role is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our customers and preparing projects for their token launch. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, and help crypto startups to fully prepare for the launch of their token.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any communicating issues
- Managing day-to-day operations at the Pre-TGE department
- Provide hands-on support to startups, including advisory, and access to resources
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Making regular update call with clients, partners
- Track and measure the progress of startups in the program and provide regular feedback
- Preparing marketing narrative for the project
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of current market trends, industry developments in the cryptocurrency space.
- Strong business communication skillsFluent English language skills (C1 level) to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and objectives, and effectively position solutions to meet those requirements
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to resolve conflicts and address client objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations
