Currently, our Development Department is looking for the Analytics Lead, who will be responsible for managing the analytics team and overseeing tasks related to trading applications, data storage, and idea implementation.
 

Responsibilities

• Analytics team management
• Control of business tasks performed by trading applications and algorithms, including the Owner PnL module and related applications
• Control of the architecture of trading applications, and backend/frontend interaction
• Data storage architecture, data sources, data retrieval specifics from exchanges, data ownership (ensuring data integrity), and data interaction with third-party applications (finance, CRM, etc.)
• Idea collection stack, business requirement clarification, idea verification, idea-to-project transformation
• Monitoring technical specification implementation, and reporting to the client
• Supervision error handling for completed projects, and analysis of critical errors related to business logic, architecture, and input data integrity

Requirements:

• Proficiency in creating flowcharts, diagrams, BPMN, and UML
• Strong logical and mathematical skills, quick thinking, and attention to detail
• Understanding of exchange logic and terminology
• Experience working with REST API and WebSocket, including drafting and reading interaction contracts
• Familiarity with message queues and brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and NATS
• Database management skills in SQL, NoSQL, Redis, Prometheus/Victoria Metrics, and Elastic Search
• Scripting proficiency in Python/JavaScript/Go
• Ability to work with dashboards using Grafana, Kibana, and Power BI
• Experience with ETL processes (e.g., AirFlow)
• Experience with integrations
• Knowledge or experience in blockchain technology
